Shipping

The order would be shipped out within two working days
except for pre-order products.

Our default shipping method is FlexiPack by Pos Malaysia. They are the cheapest service available in Malaysia for international shipping. Depending on your post address location, the estimated arrival time for an international order is from 4 to 14 business days, and for domestic (Malaysia) order is from 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you can get your order shipped via premium couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. This option is available upon request from us before you place an order.

Due to COVID-19, Pos Malaysia had halted their services hence resulting in us shifted to alternatives couriers. There are no fixed couriers to ship your order as some couriers do ship and some don’t ship to a certain country. This is why we are offering “Flexible Shipping.” By proceeding with your orders, you are acknowledged your order shipment duration may out of ETA (estimate time arrival). Please allow extra time for couriers to process your shipment.
